Having worked together since 1996 at Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds, Tom and Kevin have established a top tier 'boutique' retained search firm to leverage their position as "Trusted Advisors" on talent and leadership needs. Along with their research team, they have successfully executed more than 1,500 senior-level assignments during their careers - and they bring that wisdom, a solid network of contacts and experience as trusted client advisors to assure you the best outcome possible. Tom and Kevin previously held leadership positions with the large, general practice firms including Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds. Earlier, both were also in senior operating roles at leading medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
